- CBA Summer Programs 2010 Information is available. Register early to reserve your space!
- CBA follows Fairfax County Public School closings for inclement weather.
- Claire, a student in CBA’s Pinky/Cavalier program and a second grader at Herndon Elementary School has advanced to the Virginia State level of competition in the Reflections program, national arts recognition and achievement program sponsored by the PTA. Claire’s dance choreography program was a classical ballet interpretation of the theme Beauty is…. Claire danced to the music from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, Act 1, No. 4. The entry won outstanding interpretation at the school level, the Fairfax County Council of PTAs level, and the Northern Virginia PTA District level. Her entry has been forward to the Virginia State PTA to compete against other dance choreography entries from students in kindergarten through second grade from across the state. This is the first time an HES student has reached the state level in the Reflections program. Claire will participate in CBA’s performance of Cinderella on May 1 and 2.
