New or returning students, please mail or bring the following to the studio:
- Registration Form: Please complete a form for each student in a family. Make sure to include an Emergency contact number (preferably parent/caretaker's cell phone number) and an email address at which a responsible adult regularly checks the email. Upper Division families may want to include the dancer's email address as well.
- Tuition Agreement: Only one is needed for each family.
- A check for the registration fee and, if choosing to pay tuition by check, the first tuition payment.
